About the Role:

You’ll oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical and mechanical systems while managing budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams. This role demands a proactive leader with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.


Responsibilities:

  • Direct large-scale industrial and commercial projects from concept to completion

  • Lead and mentor project managers, foremen, and field crews

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships

  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to timelines

  • Resolve high-level challenges and implement process improvements company-wide

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA, NEC, and local building codes


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of project management experience in electrical and mechanical construction (industrial/commercial focus)

  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects and large teams

  • Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)

  • Strong understanding of industrial systems, mechanical processes, and commercial workflows

You’ll work on projects across manufacturing, food & beverage, logistics, and other high-demand industries, ensuring our clients’ facilities operate with precision and reliability.


Responsibilities:

  • Install, assemble, and align industrial machinery and mechanical equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on motors, pumps, conveyors, and other systems

  • Use precision tools (levels, laser alignment, micrometers) to ensure accurate setup

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend solutions

  • Work from technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

  • Collaborate with foremen and project managers to meet deadlines and safety standards


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of industrial millwright experience

  • Proficient in reading blueprints and mechanical drawings

  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
